Incorrect ITC listing by dstv pricelock

I have once took the dstv pricelock and not even a single month I skipped payments, until I paid the account 2 installment in one month to have the account up to date at all times, now my ITC report shows that I'm 2 months arrears which again I paid more to clear it, call center agent seem more confused than I am and all they say is the account is up to date we can't see any problems on our side, I've sent emails to *** and 2 weeks passed no respond, now I can't even get anyone to give me the balance to close this ****ed up poor service ****.
