Incorrect information provided to me

I am so disappointed with the service I have received from DStv... ive been assisted on the facebook page by a couple of agents but all of them don't come back to me with feedback on my query. Its sad that the agent I spoke to initially gave me incorrect information by saying ill be receiving discount on my premiums but now seems like no one knows anything about that.
