Incorrect info and poor customer service

On the 21.8.15, i switched in my DSTV on after it was off for while. When we spoke to DSTV they confirmed that al i need to pay is R163, which i did.i returned home the dish wa still off & i called the call centre where they confirmed that they have no activated it & i asked what the balance on my account is and the agents confirmed R0, i also ased her when my next instalment is due and she confirmed 27.9.15 of R319.a few days later i received a disconection sms & when i called teh call cntre the agents confirmed i owe them R54 which i had an issue with based on the preeviuos conversation i had & the agent confirmed they will sort it out & the dish was re-conected. On the 14.9.15 i received a message on the dish advising of arrears & called the call centre 15.9.15 where the agent advised me i woe R144 I advised this is not correct as i had asked on numerous times what the balance is and the agents confirmed R0.i requested to speak to a manager & was advised they ar in a meeting and they will see if they can give me a call back. i called on 16.9.15, where i was advised i now owe R408 and i still disputed this and wanted a manager call back. still no manager called me back.
