incorrect info and bad attitude

I called the call centre this morning to query my payment date and got through to andile. He was rude, sarcastic and not willing to listen. He kept changing his story regarding dates of notifications etc. I asked to speak to a team leader, lesego came on the phone and he was worse than speaking to andile. He told me my payment date is the 28th which is different from what andile told me and he wasn't willing to listen. He raised his voice and wasn't willing to listen to what I wanted to say and he kept speaking over me. This is absolutely poor customer service and I really don't want to deal with this company or call centre again.
