Incorrect debit order amount
I was charged an extra full premium subscription on top of my current packages which is an additional R779 from nowhere i asked DStv to check their system and they agreed that its an error and would be corrected this was on 7th of February and now 3 weeks later the wrong amount was debited from my account which included an extra R779 which will likely result in debit orders bouncing and banks charging us honoring fees and i wonder who will take care of additional costs incurred due to DStv's mistakes.<br> <br>
