Incorrect debit order

I signed for a pricelock of R545 but I was surprised yesterday when an sms indicated that the premium for this month is R655 to be debited on my bank account. Their call center agents have no clue, I tried calling yesterday but could not get help. If the debit order goes through I will simply reverse it ***
