incorrect debit
On the 21st of May I logged a complaint against multichoice, as I have received number of sms claiming I was owing some money on my account.<br> <br> On the 22nd, Rupert responded on hello-peter and said I would be contacted as this was been ESCALATED to the relevant department. Since then I have not heard from them, instead they have debited R1861.17. I would like to know what subscription am I under if they can take such money from my account instead of R799.00<br> <br> Now I can even pay my other accounts hence I don't have enough cash due to this debits. I need my money back....
