Incorrect Credit Bureau Details

We cancelled DSTV services, paid annually, in Jan 2015 (1 year ago) and received a credit note for the 2015/2016 forward billing incorrectly billed. The credit bureau currently indicates that we pay an amount of R 7690 per month and we have a payment of R 7690 due on 28 January 2016. In 2015 when I went in to cancel a lady by the name of Portia at Randburg branch refused point blank to sign my written cancellation request (recorded on my cellphone and service centre cameras). Logged hellopeter comment but no feedback was ever provided regards the action of that individual except to confirm cancellation.<br> <br> In Jan 2016 app**** for bond finance and the bank refused to grant the bond due to this. Called the call centre and confirmed we have no active services with Multichoice. <br> <br> The bank requires written confirmation from Multichoice full stop.<br> <br> On 27/01/2016 I sent an email to delisting email (CASE NUMBER: ***) and after the promised 3 day turnaround time also no response.<br> <br> Solution is simple: Provide the letter, correct credit bureau. As required by the soon to be law POPI act remove all our details from all systems as we are no longer your clients and never will be EVER.<br>
