Incorrect compact price lock debit order.

I have been using Dstv compact price lock from last year, and they debit order is R549, of which I have been paying Multichoice R569 includes the R20 for my small back decoder. Today when I check they have debated R708 instead of R569. Due to this error My account, I have now in minus and I have other debit orders that bounced back yesterday.

This morning I have contacted the Call Centre and I have spoken to Bongiwe Mthembu who was unprofessional, cannot do her job or explain why I was debited such an amount. I have asked to speak to her manager, his name is Mohammad Naidoo and she advised that his in the meeting and no manager can assist me regarding this issue.

I am very disappointed with Multichoice and their consultant as the service is pathetic, now I am sitting with a minus in my FNB acc and other debit orders did no receive their funds. I WOULD LIKE TO BE REFUNDED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND INTO MY FNB ACC NOT MULTICHOICE ACC....
