Incorrect billing/same old movies

I have DSTV Explora for quite a few years, I was on a price lock plan for two years and contract ended. ( Compact Plus) Since 2020 round about October I am being billed different amounts every month, from R539 to December R627.10 , March R 628.10 , May R 643.96 , very month it is a little higher than usual, the most I had to pay was R760 I think.

My plan was upgraded without my permission and I was not notified about the increase.

I am very unhappy about the service as we have to pay so much money for movies that was made in 1920 , why cant they play movies that comes from the circuit at the cinema and stop playing one movie the whole month, eg . Fast & Furious Saga .

Do we really have to pay thus much for same old boring movies , it is lockdown and there is nothing interesting to watch especially weekends when we at home.
