Incorrect billing on my account

Good day<br> <br> I have a problem with charges on my account and Dstv consultants are not helping at all. My dstv account (Package -Compact ) has been inactive from August 4th 2015 so i made payment of R400 yesterday 26 November 2015. Last when they disconnect my services i had R27.43 credit balance in my account and the 1st of every was my due date. <br> Here comes the problem , I paid R400 and my last credit balance was R27.43. I also changed my payment due date to the 3rd of every month .<br> Out of R400 which i paid yesterday i was charged R124.43 which includes reconnection and subscription for 7 days until the 3rd of December 2015 . So what happened to another R78.91 and my last credit balance before disconnection R27.43 which makes it R 106.34 disappeared .<br> <br> Looking for answers and solution<br> <br> M. Mlalazi
