Incorrect Billing - IP Dannhauser ***6

WE SIGNED UP ON A PRICE LOCK CONTRACT LAST YEAR, WITH DEBIT ORDER DATE ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH AND AT A FIXED RATE OF R899 PER MONTH. ON 22 FEBRUARY AN AMOUNT OF R1382,87 WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I PHONED TO QUERRY AND WAS TOLD THAT THE HIGHER CHARGE WAS DUE TO THE FACT THAT I CHANGED MY DEBIT ORDER DATE. I NEVER AGREED OR REQUESTED MY DEBIT ORDER DATE TO CHANGE AND THE 22ND DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AS I ONLY RECEIVE MY MONTHLY PENSION ON 25TH. THEY STATED THAT THEY WILL ESCALATE MY QUERRY TO THE PRICE LOCK DEPARTMENT TO FIX AND THAT I WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT IN MARCH. MY DEBIT ORDER DATE IN MARCH WAS STILL ON THE 22ND AND THE NORMAL R899 WAS DEDUCTED, NO CREDIT WAS PASSED. AFTE TRYING TO SPEAK DIRECTLY TO THE PRICE LOCK DEPARTMENT I WAS TOLD THAT NO CALLS ARE ALLOWED TO BE TRANSFERRED AND IT WILL AGAIN BE ESCALATED TO THEM. THIS WAS MY THIRD CALL AND I THREATENED THAT IF I DO NOT GET A RESPONSE WITHIN 48 HOURS I WAS GOING TO REPORT THIS ON HALLO PETER. NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS IS THE REASON FOR MY POST.
