Incorrect Billing for a package am contracted to plus charges on functions which not working on the explora

Incorrect billing on month to month basis due to their financial errors and yet they shifting the blame and want me as thier client to pay. Billing system is pathetic and being charged for functions which are not work on the explora due to technical fault. When you take the device to their outlet it works for a day or two and back to square 1.
