Incorrect billing! FIX IT

I have had a problem with paying R500 for DSTV compact. how is that nonsense possible ?

I went to N1 City to fix this, I have called a hundred times yet I get an SMS every month still to say that I must pay R480 for DSTV compact . FIX THIS .
