Incorrect billing every month

I added showmax for R60 on top of my contract of R699. My account was messed up in January 2026. After several calls made, it was rectified with an additional R13 charged which I didn't get an explanation what was it for. Again for February, my account is a mess, showing an amount due of R1004. 97. Im really tired, having to call every month. No wonder a lot of people are leaving DSTV. I've never seen so much incompetence. May be it's time I join million people who doesn't want anything to do with Multichoice. I asked for the CEO's name so that I can escalate my query. Nobody knows the CEO's name.
