Incorrect Billing and Poor Service
I am rather disappointed at the service received from Multichoice. In June 2015 I called the contact centre to cancel my subscription. I was not billed in July & August. In September 2015 an amount of R739.10 was deducted from my account for services that i did not receive. i called the contact centre and spoke to Sibongile - reference number ***6-i5. She advised they had system upgrades which could be the reason. she advised the money would be refunded to me within 7-10 working days. I then had another deduction of R719 this morning from my account for services that i do not receive on 2 October 2015. I called the contact centre, and liaised with a very rude and disinterested employee by the name of Xholisile who sighed on the phone as if i am interrupting her work day.She advised that the September refund will take 40 days. When i asked for a reference number i was put on hold from 09h47 am until 09:54am. Reference number 164 795 478. I was told that i can go to my bank for the October deduction to be reversed. It is really disappointing to be treated in this manner. What if i i was in dire straits and really needed that money. <br>
