Incorrect billing and disconnections
In July, my Compact account was disconnected, and instead of paying the required R389 for reconnection, I paid R409(on the 6th). On the 29th of July, I made a payment of R329 via EFT(I've used the same method many times without problems).

My services were disconnected around the 6/8/15. This was automatically reconnected about 15 hours later. The 9th of August, my services were disconnected again, and I was told to send proof of payment, which I did. My services were reconnected later that day.

15/8/15 my services got disconnected again. I made a phone call on the 16th. The person I spoke to told me that Multichoice has recently migrated to a new system and there have been a number of problems due to the change. The fellow reconnected my services and promised to escalate my problem and asked me to send an email to the enquiries department. I did.

20/8/15, my services are disconnected again. what the hell? I did not ask for system migration and should not suffer when I have paid my dues. I have spent a lot of money making phonecalls and sending emails whilst I can't watch TV even though I have paid. I want to be compensated for the days I have been improperly disconnected.
