Incorrect billing

DSTV hav been debiting me extra for showmax for a few years. I have a number of times queried my account, was given incorrect info. Last week I was told that I am paying for showmax.

Incorrect billing, being charged by Dstv extra , has happened to me before.

I had made a number of calls, online requested a call, and forwarded an email. Eventually I am told that they are querying it with account, however it will help if I get info from showmax, live chat on showmax is useless, they referred me back to Dstv. Please can I get assistance
