Incorrect Billing
<p>In July I paid for 3 Months, July to September because in October I moved to a new place I didn't pay for that Month as it was even conected as yet.</p> <p>Yesterday it was connected and today I went and paid for the month of November, when I call for reconnection, I am told that I still owe for October.</p> <p>Please advise why must be billed for something I never used, the mere fact that I didn't pay so why was it kept connected.</p> <p>I will pay for something I didn't use!!!</p>

Please note that your payment date is the 26th of every month. When you paid for three month that amount was to enable you to view services till the 25th of September.
Your service was active for period 26-09-2016 till 12-10-2016 you were then charged R430.10 for that period as we didn’t receive any payment or notification to disconnect service, as a result you had R430.10 overdue. When you paid R400 it credited the R430.10 that was overdue and you still have R28.10 outstanding.
To reconnect your service on Compact package as per your last request, total required is R285 to view till the 25th of November.

The mere fact that I didn't pay means You should've disconnected the service. So now I must pay for something I didn't use or ask for. That is totally unfair!!! You were supposed to disconnect as soon as I didn't pay as I wasn't using it!!! I didn't for The Month of October as I was moving to a New Place, temporarily so as soon as I moved to this New permanent place I reinstalled it for November and even paid for it including R50 reconnection fee. So now You are telling Me about October??? Now that is SO unfair!!! Paying for October whereas I didn't use it???!!!
