INCORRECT BILLING

I normally pay R448 on the 3rd every month for both my dstv compact and excess, then suddenly I have to pay R518 on the 3rd 03/03/2023 there was no communication whatsoever about this amount that i don't know where they get it from.I called this morning I spent R60 and i got cut because i was put on hold for 30 minutes without any solution.
