Incorrect Billing

Hi... I am MZ Mahasha. In May I won Free Upgrade(compact plus) on Dstv wheel of happiness for which was R539. Now on my account there is a payment reversal of R539, i called your call centre and sent emails, no one seemed to know whats happening , they are all telling me different stories. matter has been escalated but to date my account is not sorted out.
