Incorrect billing

Dstv price lock is a night mare. Firstly they dont debit accounts when they should and now im being billed a difrent amount every month. On the 31st i paid R457 which is the amout i was told i owe as i have paid R197 earlier that month. Now today they decided to disconnect my service. They say i owe an amount of R389 which i dont undetstand why. Amd this is not the first time this has happened im sick and tired of Dstv.
