INCORRECT BILLING

I recently purchased Explore Price lock first 2 months it deducted R549 suddenly Now it deducted R663.49 i don't have any movies that i hired and i have insurance so im suppose to pay R584, i spoke to one of the consultant friday she said the was billing error she will reverse but she didn't and when i see my next payment is shows also R673
