Incorrect Billing
Hi Dinah. Please be advised that my account has not been debited for 8 months - yet I was watching for 8 months. A debit loaded every month on my account for 8 months. 8 months later and my account is disconnected???!!!!!! How does this happen?

The last payment reflecting in your DStv account is R200.00 dated 02 March 2017. For this reason, the account has an overdue balance of R887.18.
If possible, kindly advise when was the debit order loaded in your DStv account. Also, kindly provide the copy of the bank statement showing the monthly deductions for your DStv account. Please send the bank statement to ***.
You will receive a case reference number which we need to trace the statement submitted.
