Incorrect billing 2
On the 4 January 2023, I received an SMS from DSTV that I owe them R528.00. But I know for fact that I paid them R478.00 on the 17th December 2022. I am not sure if my payment on the 17th December was updated on the system. I am not happy. I did report everything to DS tv and gave them my new email address. No one has bothered to respond. Now it’s March.
