Incorrect balance

I am on compact subscription with DSTV, and what i know is that the price i should pay on the 30th of every month is R514.00, but apparently they always giving more balance for me to pay some months i even pay R1000.00, i feel like they robbing me and i am really disappointed.

May i please get assistance urgently from someone superior from DSTV before i take this far
