Incorrect and unexplained billing

I have been billed incorrectly by DSTV for the past two months and every time I call they say it’s Showmax charges which makes no sense because I am a premium customer. DSTV told me to contact Showmax and they said that they sent a notification to DSTV that I should not be billed and yet I’m still having these charges on my account. I have called DSTV countless times to fix and they say they can’t do anything on their end. What is the meaning of this?I mean really, If my service provider can’t fix my billing then who must? At this point I’m starting to see why everyone is canceling DSTV. This is terrible service and I bet they will be quick to disconnect my service for not paying these bogus charges which apparently no one can explain
