Incorrect and false advertising

I received a sms to say if I join DSTV in March I will pay R650. I activated my account yesterday and the call center advised me to pay R359 today. As I wanted to pay the amount went up to R520? I phoned DSTV to request why? They said I have PVR. I said to them yesterday that I do not use my pvr.!!!!!! I want you to cancel my subscription immediately and write off all money that I am suppose to pay. This is unacceptable and hidden costs.
