Incorrect amounts Debited every single month.

Please advise why you are Debiting incorrect amount on my account.

Please urgently credit my amount with overcharges that you have been *****ing from my account.

I am using a price lock wish i should be paying R540 + R30 for insurance maybe around R584 a month.

I am getting charged more than R800 for compact package.

i requested a manager and i was transferred from pillar to post.

call center is so unprofessional, the need proper training.

i think it would be to cancel this account and move other service provider who will listen to my queries and render a great service.
