Incorrect amount debited to my account

I sent this email on 1 October 2019 and to date have not received any feedback. " I am on apricelock plan and pay R549 per months except in a case where I have hired movies. So during the period of September I rented two movies costing a total of R70. According to my calculation the amount to be debited was supposed to be R609, however to my surprise a debited of R752,19 went through my account.

I am writing this email to quirry what a difference of R143,19 is for?
