INCORRECT AMOUNT DEBITED

I am so disappointed in multichoice with regards to sorting my account. They are so quick to debit my account but when the debit my account with the wrong amount I am struggling to get my money back. all I get is reference numbers and the agents telling me they will escalate. its been a month now me trying to get this done without any success. this is so pathetic.
