incorect charges/incorect information provided by call center

On the 25th of October multiChoice deducted R3 186 from my bank account. My mutichoice normally rage between R775 - R990. Due to this some of the other debit orders did not go of and I had to pay additional R218 banking costs. I called them on the 27th and the agent advised me this is because a additional decoder has been loaded on my account (I had at that stage 3 decoders on my name). I have never signed up for a new contract. My contract expired in June and has since then paid on a month to month basis. The agent advised me that he has escalated the matter to accounts to be corrected. I also requested that he stop the debit order on my name I will pay cash/via EFT. On the 28th I called again to confirm the amount I am owing. The agent informed me that there is 3 decoders on my name and nothing has been removed. He also told me that I have been charged to little on my account, im still paying the contract amount and should be paying R998. Total amount owned by me was R1 100.

On the 29th I called to downgrade. The agent assisted me, asked me which one as there is 3 decoders on my name. She advised me that she would correct this. Informed me that the Compact subscription is R450 and she immediately changed my package. Yesterday I received a message that my DSTV has been suspended due to no payment received. I owe R1 900. When I called @15:10 the agent informed the extra decoder on my name has been reversed but came back. He would fix it but I had to call back in an hours’ time as they have system problems. When I called back the agent told me that I owe the R1 900 and there is nothing on my account that show I had a extra decoder or was charged for it. She could also not see that I downgraded. She also could not give me the exact reason why my account is sitting at R1900. She informed me that she would get the supervisor to call me but I have not receive any call up to now.
