Inconsistent Billing

You’re charged on a monthly basis and not for twenty days. The monthly subscription for your DStv account is R844.00 and the payment date is on the 07th of every month. Checking your DStv account, we received payments for these following months:

· 05 March 2016 - R1300.00 and your account was paid up.

· April 2016 - there's no payment for this period. For this reason, your account had an overdue balance of R430.55 after the disconnection of the service on the 22 May 2016.

· 25 May 2016 - we received R834.49, this balance was not sufficient to cover the balance owed for the month of April/May.

· 25 June 2016 - we received R865.87, the account still had an outstanding balance of R478.27.

· 25 July 2016 - we received R812.33, the account had an overdue balance of R408.39.

· 25 August 2016 - we received R812.33, your DStv account still owed R408.39.

· 23 September 2016 - we received R865.87 when the account still owed R422.00.

There’s no payment showing for the month of October 2016 which might also lead to the disconnection of service. The total balance required for this period is R844.00 to cover your viewing period from 07 October 2016 to 06 November 2016.

Please note that short and late payment leads into the disconnection of service and the reconnection fee.
