Inconsistent absurd service

I requested for a debit to go off from June 28th, nothing happened for the past two months and I continued to make cash payments now all of a sudden in August boom a debit order goes off after I have paid cash, upon me querying the matter on the chat I am being told that "well I am now on a credit and will only need to pay 38.00 in September" who must be inconvenienced now because they decide to activate a debit order suddenly after months of activation I am being told that they debit order is now cancelled and I should submit documents to get a refund within 14 days now I must go through the hassle and absurd procedure when things were not done right to begin with..no explanation of the reason why I suddenly have an activated debit order instead the ride agent ends the chat and gives me a link that does not even work to rate their service!!? Classic??
