Inconsistancy and the blame game

Last year I made an arrangement with Dstv with regards to a payment plan. All issues started when I switched from A normal account to a price lock plan. At some point I was promised that the billing issues have been resolved. What surprise. Below are all the ref numbers of most of the interactions I have had so far trying to resolve this issue and every time I am told that the issue has been escalated to the DPP and I would not get a call back and I would call again. My phone and bank charges have escalated due to the incorrect amounts that have been debited from account and rejected. I am tired of the lies and inconsistent information between the call centre and support staff. On the 23rd Feb ref number I-511 I spoke to Nomusa and I discovered a Masetsana from DPP **** on comments made on the system that she spoke to me and I made another arrangement. Masetsana only spoke to me for a minute and agreed to call back later at 15:00 on the 20th. Nomusa informed me that she has escalated the issue to Masetsane's manager and I will receive a call back. Till to date nothing. What peed me off is the service I received this Saturday from DSTV which showed the lack of humanness and ability to take accountability. When calling in on Saturday afternoon, I spoke to Samkelisiwe, who told me that there is an attachment that I must make a payment of R2000 first. So I asked her, so what happened the call promise that I was promised, further why am I only made aware of this when I call in as I was promised call backs over 12 times now. "Ow Mr Tshabalala, they do not call back, that is the process" I am there is nothing I can do. After realising fault decided to put me on hold and call her supervisor and had to wait for 12 minutes till the call dropped. I called in again and the consultant transferred me to a rude woman who purely did not want to very or check the reasons why this mess is happening and her word was final. I still cannot get over the her rudeness. I was accused of being irresponsible after I have been making so many calls trying to get to the bottom of this to a point I was told that I have two different accounts and that my account was in order ref: ********** 3 I-500 as per Monwabisi. Another call taken by Lungisani, call ref I-506 who transferred to his supervisor Nkosinathi who informed me that I still have two accounts and cannot view the loaded agreement, the account was billing the residential and not my Price-lock. I am livid, as different amount agreed on are not debited and huge amounts are debited and when rejected, I am accused of being irresponsible whilst numerous consultants have been communicating something else. What sad is that suddenly the "some one will call you promise or process" changes with Samkelisiwe and her rude colleague who I spoke after. Ref numbers: I-500, 506, 511, 515, 520, 528, 536, 551 and the least goes on.
