Inconsiderate, the service is very poor, Agents are disrespectful

Please teach your agent sikholiwe customer service, her service is disgusted & needs to be taught how to deal with clients

I am disgusted with your service how many times am I supposed to ask for assistance, I get helped then we back to square one again, I have made payment on the 1st of june on a Sunday & I have proof of payment, my channels are not supposed to be disconnected as my payment is updated & I have proof of payment , can you kindly assist with updating payment & re-opening the channels as they are disconnected again, I was also helped by your live chat agents named Bontle, sinazo sanelisiwe & Luma to open the channels, which they did now the channels are closed again, I don’t understand whats going on, payment is done & all of them said everything will be fine from here on but somehow the channels are closed again , can you kindly fix this asap before I cancel your subscription , this is a nightmare they need to make sure they extend dates on those channels since I didn’t get my customer satisfaction month
