inconpitency
<p>i had my account suspended and i paid to be reconected and so they re connect me leaving out my pvr funtions. I call their call center and im told i still need to pay R 55-00 more. I go and pay and still not reconection. When i called again im told you owe you box office from 2015. Ive only cancelled my debit order less than a year ago. If i owed my box office from 2015 why was the money not debited all along? </p>

We accessed your account, we confirm that your DStv subscription is active including your PVR functions and account is up-to-date. Your next payment is due 28-02-2017.
As for your Box-Office account we did try to debit since 28-11-2015 however the debit orders were being returned unpaid, we couldn’t run the debit order again since you changed your method of payment to cash. See statement sent for reference total amount due for your Box-Office account is R 185.00
Further we offer a variety of easy and convenient payment methods to pay for movies on BoxOffice. We accept payments via any valid South African credit card (Visa or MasterCard), EFT, debit order see below methods :
1. BoxOffice Account: Your BoxOffice Account is just like a wallet. You can pre-pay funds into your account and use your account until your balance runs out. When you want to top-up, simply visit the BoxOffice website and click the “Top-up” button to add funds to your BoxOffice account using your credit card.
2. Debit Order: If you are an existing debit order customer with DStv (i.e. you pay your DStv subscription via debit order), you can make use of the same facility to pay for your BoxOffice movies. We will debit your bank account on the same day as your DStv Subscription. This is by far the most convenient way to pay for BoxOffice movies as you never have to set a reminder to pay your account, and you know exactly when the money will be deducted from your account.
3. Credit card: You can pay with your credit card each time you rent a movie. Simply provide us with your credit card details when the payment screen is presented and your movie will be available within a few minutes. You can also top-up your BoxOffice Account by clicking the “Top-up” button on the BoxOffice website. This will take you to the Self-Service BoxOffice webpage, where you can top-up your account, view your statements, balances and update your Account Details.
