Incomptent rude agent Monica from Multichoice

Can DSTV please deal with a consultant named Monica. She will keep your chat open for over an hour without assisting. She asks inappropriate questions and does not seem trained to do the job. She also does not close a log though she cant help you in fear of a negative rating and getting into trouble thus blocking other consultants who know how to the job from helping. This is unacceptable DSTV is a pay channel and cant expect us to be patient with rude *********** consultants like Monica. Its unfortunate that the surname is unknown. This is a pay channel and people like Monica should not be working as agents as they dont help and waste our time and resources . This agent had me waiting from 8:27am upon accepting my call to 10:32am on 30 March 2020.
