Incompotent
Because of your staff being so incompotent and not informimg us correctly we have been disconected then we were told to pay a certain amount . Whitch we have paid only to be told we still need to pay more for reconection . Cant you train your staff correctly as we now spend hundereds of rands have to talk to people who should not even be sitting behind a computer .
