Incomplete Recording
I am Extremely Dissapointed with your recording function. I dont understand how hard for dstv to ensure that recorded episode run until the end. Why do you regularly record incomplete episodes? I was watching Law and Order Special Victims Unit Season 14 Episode 18, this episode is not recorded until the end even though you managed to record excruciatingly huge number of adverti*****ts during this episode, however you we not able to record a complete episode. This is terrible, you expect to be paid for this poor service. I know you probably wont read this however it is unacceptable for your viewers to sit and watch a recorded episode only to be left with a cliffhanger. PLEASE DO BETTER, YOUR CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER SERVICE , ESPECIALLY BECAUSE WE PAYING FOR THIS.
