Incomplete package

I bought explorer on my dstv app on black Friday 2019,it was on special including installation, It was delivered to my new address, Due to u forcing circumstances I had to delay my relocation . Now I am at my new place I called multichoice and informed them I want to install my decoder, I am told I hv to pay for the installation from my own pocket, becouse my price lock has expired. My view is dt a least they supply me with satellite dish, Lnb cable and an eye then I can install it myself . I feel ****** becouse what I paid for is not complete and I am loyal customer.
