Incomplete broadcast
On Saturday 27th June, the movie \The Crow"was aired on Studio Universal channel at 20h00. At 21h30 the show abruptly ended 15 minutes before the ending. <br> I sent a complaint letter to DSTV the following day and have still not received a response a week later despite sending a follow up email. <br> Extremely disappointed with the poor service. <br> """

Our sincere apologies. The movie went out on Studio and the final part was missing. This was due to a technical fault. We have now fixed the issue in time for the repeat of the movie tonight.
We are looking into how this happened, and will be putting processes in place to prevent this from taking place in the future. For any update on our programming (and repeat of the movie), keep an eye on website http://guide.dstv.com/
