I went into multichoice office on the 18March2016 for a refund of R7500 on my account. Was told it will take 7 working day that has come and gone. Been to there office now 4 time and have spoken to different people over the pass 4 week and still no refund. Last week I get told my refund has been decline why I don't know, no explanation. Yesterday I get a call after sending a email for the 5 time to say thay have resubmitted my docs. So why resubmit if it was decline the 1st time without a resion. I have now been out of pocket with MY R7500 for over a month and no one can give me an answers. Realy I don't know why you have a call center as that take your details and NEVER call back. The office in N1 I have now spoken to 6 multichoice staff and only 1 Natasha have called me back.<br>
