I have submitted a change of ownership form. Then decoder got reconnected on previous owner account.(Tshidiso Mothepu ) Called in but were told to escalate to a different mailbox. Frustrated to do so but I did log this mail and explained . then got a reply to please fill in the change of ownership form -attached (Portia Tshabalala ) this is totally unacceptable service delivery from Multichoice.
