*********** with no service for customers

Poor poor service. We took the price lock package for the first time. After a week our dstv was de-activated by dstv demanding R715. After our contract states our 1st payment is due month end the de-activated our service in the middle of the month. Now we cat watvh the rugby because thry will only assist after 24hrs to fix the error. But come month end they are quick to take their money. *********** people and vultures. Increase fees when they want but they cant deliver a service. Kept me on hold for 15 mins without returning my call.
