Dstv pricelock keep on debiting my wrong account after I have changed my banking details numerous times it takes more than 30 minutes to get through to them and every consulltant say something different. Told met to pay R1513 which I paid to settle the account. Then again R1029.67 which I paid. Still not getting a settlement letter and they keep on saying I owe. E-mailed numerous times also and no one is getting back to me.I will NOT reccomend pricelock to anyone! My debit order bounce as they also don't update my details on their system after spending alot of money on airtime.
