*********** UNABLE TO RESOLVE QUERY
<p>So after posting a review on the 11th of May. I was assured that the correct department will phone me within 24 hours. Granted they did try phoning once (I was in a meeting and unable to take the call). Since then (12 May 2017) no one tried contacting me again. I was given a direct line to the DPP department by a Manager with the name of Zain. Found out after numerous attempts that DPP department does not have a direct number. Phoned DSTV again several times a day. All anyone can tell me is the matter is escalated to DPP department. Phoned again on 16 May 2017. Was assured that DPP will contact me before the end of the day. Still nothing. I am seeking legal advise today.</p>
