*********** staff & useless service

I have never experienced such useless service It is now 4 months that I have been trying to change the ownership and debit order details of my father’s decoder onto my mother’s name after he passed away. Yet another month, yet again her service has been stopped because the useless staff can’t get it right to transfer the debit order details. Last month L Zwane en Rhulani Ngobeni assisted me and confirmed that all has been done. This morning I spoke to Nosihle Masuku, only to be informed that NOTHING has yet been done - no ownership transfer, not debit order switch. My reference number this morning is ***/159. I insist that a manager contact me - all my contact details are on your system and my emails. I will never recommend DSTV to anybody. Never forget that we have options - Apple TV, Netflix, etc, with many more and better options and variety is than your service, and at much better pricing!!!!
