Disappointed at Dstv I called on the 26 spoke to an agent and I changed the payment date she told me to pay 116 on the 31st. I asked her so my account won't be disconnected before she told me no it won't and next month it will be the same amount but now to my surprise my account is disconnected I called in earlier spoke to nomawonga she cut the line on me she was saying that it is not her fault it is the system she couldn't even apologize ,you have *********** staff ,I won't pay that 50 rand for reconnection you people are reap off you prey on people's that's why they leave you ,you don't train your agents they mess up and you want the customer to take the fall for it?
