I called yo cancel one decoder and spoke to Malefakong in the cancellation department. To my surprise she did do as per my instruction. I get a call from my children asking why the TV is playing channel 100. Check my app and I’m being told I owe R467. Called the center and I’m being told that it’s only going to be cancelled from 02/01/2021. Something different was confirm on the line. This is very unprofessional and Malefakong is very ***********
